Directions and Parking
The race will start and finish by the Lansing Center 333 E. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, MI 48933. There is a parking ramp adjacent to the Lansing Center. Other parking ramps can be found at the City of Lansing Website.
Suggested method of arrival is on I-496 with parking suggested for the B and C ramps on the following map of downtown.
The Capital City River Run races showcase several of Lansing's most popular attractions. This year's 1/2 Marathon and 5k start in front of the Lansing Center, located 3 blocks east of the Capitol on Michigan Avenue in downtown Lansing, MI and finish up on the Riverwalk directly behind the Lansing Center.
Half Marathon Route
Our 1/2 Marathon course will once again be USATF certified, but will undergo minor revisions this year. We will post an updated map when itis available. The link below shows last year's course.

5K Route
The 5K course features several great views of the State Capitol Building and a run down to the promenade that extends through the Capitol Complex from the Capitol Building to the Hall of Justice. Like the Half Marathon, the 5K course passes through Riverfront Park before crossing the Grand River for an exciting finish on the river walk behind the Lansing Center.

Aid Stations
There will be 8 aid stations positioned along the half marathon route and one aid station on the 5K course. All aid stations will offer water, and three on the half marathon course will also provide Gatorade.
